You overcharged the hell out of me. You charged me over $200 for 2 people but others showed up at the tour and paid only €66. You're scum and I'm never going to use your service again and I'm going to advice everyone I know to stay away from you.

The guide ... Jonnie was first class on knowledge and carrying a fun mood! We had a great time. However... Disappointingly I paid for tickets that said they included castle acccess and we had to pay additional amounts to enter.

Les billets d'entrée au chateau Neuschwanstein ne sont pas inclus dans la prestation contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site. Il m'a fallu racheter des billets. Du coup, c'est un peu cher pour le tour en bus.

What I liked most about booking is the ease of booking, although it should be clearer what has been paid for and what is left over from the tour. Overall, it went well

I paid for premium guided tour where the description says it will be for a small group of people but only to found out I'm in a big bus with others who paid half of what I paid. Well at least the double price I paid resulted in the guide reserving the front row seats for those who paid premium prices.

It was described in your offer that entry to the castles was included in the price. This was not the case. We had to pay 33€ more per person. Not satisfied with Headout

There was insufficient time to fully enjoy the castle due to the other stops. We could have easily have done without the trip to the town with the passion play & frankly it's unclear what the point was apart from an additional toilet stop. This limited the time we had for the main castle which was the reason we booked the tour.

The luxury bus, snacks, coffee and water was awesome. Definitely worth the extra money. Our driver was very friendly and helpful. Barbara our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke good English. The castle were cool, getting in as a private group was good. Side stops were also good with time to browse and shop.

The premium tour was definitely worth the price because the bus was way nicer, there was coffee, water, fruits, and snacks, the tour groups were smaller so we weren't crowded into the spaces as much as the bigger groups were. We got to the castles early so we were the first ones in line. I do recommend not booking on a sunday as the stores will be closed if you want souvenirs.

I can't tell you how pleased we were with this experience. Having been to Munich and the surrounding area several times, usually driving myself, this was a top notch tour. The bus was wonderful, cofortable and very roomy. We were provided with snacks and drinks during the trip and there was no concern about driving or being sure that we had the correct tickets for the times that we wanted to tour the various castles. I would strongly recommend taking this tour if your going to be in Munich and want to see castles and the countryside. We were treated like royalty and loved every minute of our adventure. Thank you to Headout and the staff for making this a memorable time for us.

What an enlightening experience! I've taken the "normal" tour of Neuchwanstein and learned one tenth of what I did on this guided tour. Thoroughly enjoyable!

The tour and guide were outstanding. Even with the fog, the stories and tour was well worth the money. And we WILL book again...(when it's not so foggy). Thanks!

We got the tickets last minute when we found out that you can't get inside the castle without a guided tour. We are so glad we did!!! Our tour guide Stephen was exceptionally knowledgeable about the castle's history and had tons of fun facts and stories. In addition he was very friendly and gave us insider information about where to take pictures and how to best navigate the castle once inside. The carriage ride at the end was amazing as well.

The guided tour was great in itself, BUT when we bought the ticket it said "from Hohenschwangau" and we couldn't get closer than 700m as the crow flies from a viewpoint. We assumed that with a 3-hour tour and at the price, we would actually be allowed to visit both castles. We were basically held up for 2.5 hours with views until the actual guided tour of Neuschwanstein took place. Before that, we walked through everything again that we had already walked through the day before for free. Only with a guide who had lots of (really great) information about the castles and the royal family. If it says "from Hohenschwangau" in the description, I would at least have liked to have been on the grounds of the castle.....

Great tour guide, knew a lot about the history of Germany/Ludwig. Our guide was Stephen. Despite the very bad weather (continuous rain) we enjoyed the day. Audio tour in Dutch, which was extra nice. Beautiful castle, inside and out.

The tour was very clear and interesting and also made historical, cultural and artistic connections. It's a shame that inside the castle you are drilled like on a treadmill. The explanations of the next room often started while we were still standing in the room in front of it and couldn't go any further because there were other visitors ahead of us.

The guide Caroline was very funny and told interesting details about the castle and Ludwig the second. I found the tour of the castle a tad disappointing: although it was not crowded, it was apparently the job of the guide inside the castle to get us out of the castle as quickly as possible. You get very little time to see a small part of such a huge castle and then you are thoroughly worked out through the gift shop. Too bad!
